# How to Prepare:
01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add asparagus, snap peas, zucchini, and carrots. Cook for 4–5 minutes until vegetables are slightly tender but retain their color.
03 - Stir in spinach and thawed peas; cook for 1 minute. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Remove from heat and fold in fresh basil.
04 - In a small bowl, combine ricotta cheese with half of the grated Parmesan cheese until well blended.
05 - Spread 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce on the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Arrange 3 no-boil noodles over sauce. Top with 1/3 of ricotta mixture, 1/3 of vegetable mixture, 1/3 cup mozzarella, and 2/3 cup Alfredo sauce. Repeat layering twice, finishing with remaining noodles, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
