# How to Prepare:
01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a medium bowl, mix self-rising flour and Greek yogurt with a spoon until a shaggy dough forms.
03 - Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently for 2–3 minutes until smooth and elastic without overworking.
04 - Divide dough into 4 equal portions. Roll each into a 7–8 inch rope and shape into bagels by pinching ends together.
05 - Place bagels on baking sheet. Beat the egg and brush it over each bagel’s surface.
06 - Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning evenly over the egg-washed bagels.
07 - Bake for 22–25 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
08 - Transfer bagels to a wire rack and allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
